Ortelerem is the 53rd element on the periodic table (real element Iodine). Discovered in its element form by Saqalonan chemist Bexa Gelanan in 1822 who was experimenting with extracting elements from discarded fish meat (found commonly in their fishing village of Aldroma), ended up burning the meat to an ash before grinding it and adding sulfuric acid resulting in the discovery of Ortelerem. named Ortolerem, meaning Purple element in Old Salönias, due to the colour of the elements vapour and crystals.
