The FSJN is a semi-direct democracy on the continent of Saclun and began sometime before the beginning of the Great War in the 1900s after seceding from the nation of Karlberg. In 1936, the FSJN found itself in an intense border conflict with Karlberg that would escalate exponentially into a full scale war, the FSJN would find itself on the backfoot and had lost its capital in April 1938 to the invading forces. Several months later, the FSJN had managed to effectively stall the Karlbergen advance through scorched earth tactics and extensive logistics striking on the Karlbergen forces. Recognising their disadvantage, the leader of the Karlbergen forces in the FSJN would order a general retreat to more defensible lines. Sensing an opportunity, FSJN forces struck fast and broke the retreating Karlbergen lines easily, forcing them to retreat even further until they had left FSJN land entirely, despite these gains, the FSJN's push would slow to a grinding halt by October and would be unable to make any gains into Karlberg proper. The FSJN would find the nation of Kassia supporting Karlberg and would enter into an alliance with the PRU and the UPA called the Triumvirate Powers. The Entrance of 2 more superpowers into the war allowed the FSJN and its allies to overwhelm Koralberg's exhausted army and capitulate the nation and reach the borders of Kassia but no further. The Triumvirate Powers would shift land with Kassia back and forth for 4 years until the UPA would launch a nuclear strike on Kassia and end the war. In the following years, the FSJN would create its own alliance; Solair, and would become the dominant power in the world until the dreaded outbreak of the second Great War in 1953. During this war, the FSJN and its allies would trade nuclear blows with the Tasharkan pact and would enter into a massive naval conflict with Patalonia. Post 2nd Great War, the FSJN would enter into political isolation and shut off its diplomacy to the world.

The capital of the FSJN, Dernier was a rich urban centre turned to an irradiated rubble post 2nd Great War. The capital has been home to the nation's congress, presidential residence and to over 10 million people until it was struck by several nuclear weapons by the Tasharkan pact. In recent years, the capital has begun to recover from its destroyed state and has begun the process of reconstruction.

As of 1947, the FSJN's total population is 226,263,596 people, this is unable to be updated to 1959 until the FSJN returns from isolation, it is assumed that the population has declined significantly due to losses in the 2nd Great War.Government
The FSJN is a semi-direct democracy with a president, vice president, a congress and a senate in charge of governing the nation. The president hold express abilities to give orders to the military and has the power to order the activation of the civil military act.Economy
