irish_oligarch, also known as Irish, is the owner and player of the prop punk nation of Ciarraí, Irish is one of the first players to have submitted his nation to the game and remains (relatively) active today.Irish is most known in prop punk for being one of the creators of the ODIC, his contributions to lore about the continent his nation resides in, Carinidal, his naval designs (for good and bad reasons), his weapon designs and for being very argumentative in prop punk general chat.
